Faith isn’t just hearing—it’s doing. Where is obedience needed in your life right now?

“Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a loyal spirit within me.”
The posture of surrender starts with this prayer. Ask God to soften what’s hardened.

Take out your journal, open a note on your phone, or speak these questions aloud in a quiet place:

Where in my heart am I resisting God’s refining right now?
What am I holding onto that God is asking me to surrender?
How have I justified this resistance or rebellion?
What would it look like to invite God’s mercy and grace into these places today?

Write it down. Be honest. Be real.

Prayer for the Heart

Dear Father God,
I come before You with no masks and no defenses. If there is anything in me that is hard, closed off, entitled, or resistant to Your work—please reveal it. I don’t want to just go through this journey; I want to go through it surrendered. Create in me a clean heart and renew a loyal spirit within me. Teach me to walk in humility, obedience, and love.
