There Is Nothing Like Knowing Him
Drawing Near to God Through Jesus Christ There is nothing in this life that compares to knowing God. We can experience His blessings, thank Him
God doesn’t just mend what’s broken—He restores what was lost.
Psalm 23:3 (NLT) says, ‘He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.’
In His presence, wounds turn into testimonies.
God doesn’t just patch us up and send us on our way. He heals deeply, and He restores fully. Psalm 23:3 (NLT) reminds us, “He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name.” When the Lord heals, He makes you whole in places you didn’t even know were broken.
This page is for anyone carrying pain — whether it’s from the past, the present, or the weight of dreams that never seemed to take root. In Christ, healing is not only possible, it’s promised. And restoration means you won’t leave this season the way you entered it.
Healing begins when we let God’s love reach the places we’ve tried to hide. Some wounds are loud, others are quiet. But all of them matter to Him. Isaiah 61:1 (NLT) says, “He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.”
Your story may include grief, betrayal, disappointment, or battles you never asked for. But the Spirit of God comes close, not to condemn, but to restore. He specializes in the hidden places, turning sorrow into strength and fear into peace.
Healing takes away the sting; restoration gives you back your song. It’s one thing to move on from pain, but it’s another to walk forward with joy, vision, and renewed purpose. Joel 2:25 (NLT) says, “The Lord says, ‘I will give you back what you lost…’” That’s restoration.
What you thought was wasted, God calls seed. What you thought was over, God calls the beginning. Restoration means you don’t just survive—you flourish.
Take a moment to sit with these questions in prayer:
Lord, what wounds in me still need Your healing touch?
Where have I settled for “just getting by” instead of receiving restoration?
What joy, purpose, or dream are You restoring to me in this season?
Dear Father God,
Thank You for being the One who heals my wounds and restores my soul. I release to You every place of pain, disappointment, or loss. Renew my strength. Restore my joy. Lead me in Your perfect path, and let my life bring honor to Your name. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, I pray, amen.
